Let's get into the weeds (pun intended).

Here are some answers to questions that people who join our hive often ask. Got a different question? Feel free to contact us.

All Nectar products are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts (almond, cashew, coconut, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan and pistachio), milk and soy products. Currently, none of our products are Kosher. But they’re all free of artificial flavorings. And our gummies are vegan and gluten-free.

Yes! You can purchase our gummies online.

Unfortunately, due to various state regulations, we’re only able to sell our Delta-8 THC edibles in some states. Currently, we can mail or ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and in Washington D.C. If you don’t live in a legalized state, be sure to contact your state representative to make your voice heard.

Delta-8 THC edibles have been known to produce a stronger and longer-lasting effect than inhaled Delta-8 THC. This is essential for people who are looking to experience Delta-8 products but do not want to inhale smoke.

Many users report an onset time of 15 to 45 minutes when consuming Nectar’s gummies. Onset can take up to 2 hours for some consumers depending on their unique circumstances and sensitivity to cannabinoids.

It’s important to note that cannabinoids affect everyone differently. Nectar uses the highest quality Delta-8 THC distillates. While we have built a reputation for consistently delivering outstanding cannabinoid experiences which are trustworthy and repeatable, it’s important to recognize everybody is different and may experience the effects of consumption differently. We strongly encourage consumers of Nectar products to know their own needs and sensitivities and exercise caution when consuming new cannabinoid products for the first time.
